Liquid Staking
Liquid staking keeps your SOL tradable while it earns. Every rate here is shown against what staking directly pays, so you can see what that costs.

What the spread actually means
A negative spread is not a bug
An LST that pays less than staking directly is charging you the difference for liquidity. You can sell or use the token without waiting out the epoch or two it takes to unstake. Whether that is worth it is your call, not a defect in the number.
Restaking is a different product
A liquid restaking token stakes an LST a second time into another network. It earns more because it carries that network’s slashing risk on top of the base token’s. They are off by default here rather than mixed into one ranking that would put the riskier product on top.
Rates move every epoch
These are measured rates over a recent window, not promises. A pool’s APY reflects what it paid, and validator commission changes, MEV luck and incentive programs all move it. Nothing here accounts for exit liquidity or the peg holding when you want out.
